STRATOS PROTOCOL TERMS

1. Sovereign Agreement

By accessing and utilizing the STRATOS terminal, you enter into a binding agreement with the STRATOS Institutional Authority. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the sovereign right to enter into this contract.

2. Service Fulfillment

STRATOS is a fulfillment bridge for social media influence assets. We do not guarantee engagement, followers, or metrics persistence, as these are subject to third-party social media algorithms. All services are for promotional purposes only.

• Services are delivered as accurately as possible based on supplier descriptions.
• Fulfillment speeds are estimates and may fluctuate due to network demand.

3. Refund & Liquidity Protocol

All capital injections (USDT Deposits) to the STRATOS protocol are FINAL.

Under no circumstances will a crypto-asset refund be issued back to an external wallet once a deposit has been confirmed on the blockchain.

• Failed Deployments: If an order fails or is canceled by the supplier, the exact USD value will be credited back to your **Internal Account Balance**.
• Segmented Fulfillment Delivery: If an order is partially delivered, the remaining balance will be credited to your account.
• No Chargebacks: Any attempt to dispute a blockchain transaction or social engineer a refund will result in immediate termination of the entity's access.

4. Liability Shield

STRATOS and its operators are not liable for any account deletions, shadow-bans, or visibility drops occurring on social media platforms. Use of these services is at the exclusive risk of the entity.

5. Termination of Access

The STRATOS Authority reserves the absolute right to terminate access to any entity found violating the protocol, attempting unauthorized system access, or engaging in fraudulent activity. All internal balances are forfeited upon termination.
